Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before installing or using Naymo (the "Extension"). By installing or using the Extension you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

1. About Naymo

Naymo is a Chrome browser extension that lets you switch between browser tabs using your voice. It is developed and maintained by Ran Segal ("we," "us," or "our").

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Free Tier and Pro Plan

The Extension is available under a freemium model:

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing Pro you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment details.

4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, contact us at segalitoo@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Voice and Audio

Voice recognition in Naymo uses Chrome's built-in Web Speech API. Audio is routed to Google's speech servers for processing in the same way any Chrome voice feature works. We do not receive, store, or transmit your audio. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Saved tabs, settings, and license information are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in sync storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

All code, design, and content related to Naymo are owned by Ran Segal. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every website, or that voice recognition will be accurate in all conditions. Use at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro plan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
